Number 9 slide crashes into nr 8 smashing both cars to pieces. One dude is knocked down his feet by a car but he manages to get up and run away.

The wildest Daytona 500 finish in ages. Mark Martin and Kevin Harvick race back to the line in a photo finish. Harvick edges him by 0.02 of a second. Coming out of Turn 4, Kyle Busch gets spun and this triggers a massive accident. David Gilliland gets on top of 1 car, while others spin around. Clint Bowyer gets hit and flips over violently. He slides through the tri oval upside down and flips back over in the grass. He gets out as his car was on fire. Jeff Gordon takes a bit of a shot from Juan Pablo Montoya. One dude finishes the race on the roof of his car and places in 6th position.
